Getting nonsecure item error after installing vbseo

After I installed the vbseo I now get a popup window that says:

"This page contains secure and nonsecure items. Do you want to display the nonsecure items?"

If I click on no none of the images load. If I click yes then the images load. Why am I getting this alert now? Is there something that needs to be disabled in vbseo?

sorry amy... figured it out. Somehow I was trying to access my site using https instead of http
