I think I made my most ickiest pet related purchase the other day.





(that is not my hand.)


I bought them to offer to some of the birds in my yard. Last year when we had a cold snap in Spring several birds died in the nesting boxes. It was either from the cold and wet or lack of food. So this year I am prepared. Ick!

Sara, I never even thought of that. These worms certainly do wiggle, but I've yet to hear them giggle. Of course they are about to be eaten so I guess they don't have much to giggle about.

Wormie, the image is of mealworms which are definitely not like your cute worm in the hat.
