Piranha found in the River Thames.


Yikes!

I remember some movie I watched as a kid where there were piranha in a river (probably in Africa or something) and they threw someone/something in it and the water just BOILED with blood. It was disgusting!!! I also had a friend who had one of these things in HS in a tank in his room....I never could understand the appeal of having a pet that could chomp off your fingers.

No swimming in the Thames for me!

Lynn, you wouldn't want to swim in the Thames anyway; it isn't exactly pristine. The mouth on that fish just looks unreal.

OMG!!! THat's the fish from my toilet!!!! It wasn't a barracuda, it was a piranha!!! Those are the same teeth! Now you understand my fear!!!!
