Three people were hospitalized; the gorilla has been shot and killed.

We were at that zoo on a field trip exactly two weeks ago. All the kids came in this morning talking about that gorilla--he apparently scared all of them (even my 5-8, 200 lb, size 13 shoe ultra-macho 12-year-old) while they were there by coming up at close as he could to them and "giving mean looks and noises." I'm very glad our trip wasn't yesterday!
