On a recent trip, I decided to visit a friend in a foreign country. Her house includes 2 dogs, 5 cats and 4 hors.. er men of various ages. When it comes to my friends family, nothing surprises me, after all, she is a magnet for the wierd.
I observed one of the dogs, Dixie, holding a catnip mouse over the head of king kong kat while the cat was using the mouse as a speed bag, batting it to and fro. Five minutes later, this was followed by a series of tug-o-war games between these two. Was I seeing things? Had I entered the twilight zone? Was this a scene from a lost episode of Gilligan's Island?
I figured I was seeing things until a few hours later when Dixie was laying down, minding her own business, when King Kong Kat set the mouse in front of Dixies face. When Dixie ignored the mouse, King Kong then used his paw to gently nudge the mouse closer to Dixie.
I'm guessing the twilight zone.............
