I've been reading a blog written by a vet - Doolittler. She is a really interesting writer, and I think it's great that she addresses issues that many vets won't touch. Some of the posts are also really touching - she writes about losing some patients, the petfood recalls, general health issues, all sorts of really interesting things.

Very interesting! I looked up what she had written on vaccines because I had been reading some time ago that vets are over-vaccinating our dogs and cats. She recommends an every three year protocol. A commentor makes the suggestion that the vaccines last a lifetime in our pets just like in humans. Of course, local laws have a huge impact on what vets will have to do even if they disagree with the protocol.
