| | Sorry I missed this, but I am glad he's getting back to normal quickly.
Sending him hugs and get well wishes!
(side note: Karate Lynn? Are you taking that or the young man in the house?)

| | Thanks Kim!
He's feeling better, but still not "himself". Last night I had a moment of panic when he tossed up his dinner, but I talked to the vet this a.m. and he wasn't horribly worried. I'm moving him back to plain yogurt and some Iams canned stuff for a few more days just to be sure. He keeps eating grass, which makes him sick. If I can keep him out of the grass...well, then I think he'd be fine on that front! I think the stitches are starting to itch a little, but he's getting around okay.
Karate is Jeremy's gig. I tried it a few years back, but after a car accident I really wasn't much into the judo aspect and being thrown.

| | What a cute balloon, Deb!
I think the stitches are really itching him, but otherwise everything seems to be coming along just fine. Stitches come out next Tuesday, I'm trying to imagine how Doc is going to remove them without putting him out.
In other news, the little twerp had a tick right on his rear end last night, and I had to remove it. Dan was not at home and it was obviously annoying the dog.

| | He is going great, Kim, thanks for asking.
Except for the Frankenstein stitching on his tummy, you wouldn't even know he'd been sick. Yesterday he was even tearing across the yard to 'get' Jeremy.
He's going to be mad at me after tonite however...the Iams canned will be gone - I've been mixing it with the dry stuff - and I'm not buying any more!

Poor liddle Rexy Wexy likes his special canned food treats. How can you deny him when he looks at you with those big brown eyes? |

KIBBLE. You are a dog. You will eat kibble. Then that's about the time I sneak him a corner of my peanut butter toast.

| | The Wonder DOG.
I may give in. They have this Iams gravy that you add to the dry kibble, and it actually makes it smell better. Plus, he scarfs up his food so it doesn't lay around in the dish all day long.

| | I tried that for Scooter.
He didn't like it.
Scooter used to lick the gravy off the food and not eat any of the bits, so I bought him gravy. I guess I forgot that cats have more discriminating taste than dogs. |

| | Well, dogs lick...sweaty legs.
Stitches are out. He was not happy about it, but he stood (mostly) still for Kelly.
Here's to Healthy Dingos!!!!!

| | OMG, that's disgusting. But hilarious. I have been sitting here laughing and Dan finally had to come over and see what I was laughing about.
He was a little miffed over the whole dry kibble thing...kept looking over his shoulder while he ate it woefully. I'll probably cave on the gravy.

I can't quite picture Dan eating dry kibble. I bet he's miffed.
