| | Pet stories on Epinions | | How many of you have written stories about your pets on Epinions?
I have written several; I also had stories up on Themestream before they went under. Is it permissible to post links in here to our pet stories on Epinions? I would vote yes, but shall refrain from doing so until I know... |

| | | I had written a few that were product-based, got an Advisor hat, and then wrote a few things like Bedcat for WBM before I pulled out of there, too.
Still trying to decide what to do with Beware of the Blanket Monster. Probably post that sometime next week. I've got a little calendar here with planned submissions that have never been on Epinions. |

| | I wrote Epinions on our dog, Harley, and the strange life and deaths of our hamster, Charles. They are two of my biggest earning pieces (go figure).

| | Yeah, my electric fence review is mostly about my doggie. |

| | I wrote a cautionary tail about my dog Rocky. A case of well-intentioned pet adoption gone bad.
I still wonder how that stupid mutt is doing.

| | I never posted the only pet review I ever wrote. I wrote a review when my favourite cat, Mouse, died. While I was editing it, Mark posted one on the same topic. His made me cry so much that I couldn't finish writing mine.
I still miss that cat - she was really our first baby.

| | So, should we post links to these stories in here? or somewhere else and direct people there? I'd like to read these, but I wonder how many people will do the searching required to get to them. (but I will) |

| | Let's deal with links (in this forum only) on a case-by-case basis, shall we? If they have been solicited and are relevant to the discussion then yes, do submit a link. For instance, in another thread I asked for advice on dealing with cat pee. Had you written a review offering such advice then it would be silly to reiterate it. A link would have been appropriate.
However, there are a great number of people who are offended by others who seem to be trolling for hits. (Whether that is genuinely the case, or not.)
So, as courtesy to other members, please do not submit links here unless they are relevant to a current discussion.
We can reevaluate this linking policy as the forum matures.

| | I wrote one about Sparky the Dog's first encounter with the dog door in a Nature's Miracle review. Turns out it is in the top five most popular pets opinions! Who knew? | | |
