First of all, I want to say how much I have enjoyed the past almost six years with you guys. I tried my darndest to make the sale just the domain name and not the forums. But, the terms of the sale require me to turn over the database, all posts and all member information.
I'm sure we can set up another site somewhere.

Did the messenger arrive at your place yet with the papers for you to sign George, Sara and Deb? I don't know WHAT we're going to do about Andrea and the papers.

George, I had Garrett and Alexis draft the forumla for the distribution of the money. I figured the income share formula worked so well for them that it would be perfect for this.
The other fees are standard, my lawyer said. Basically, I was an employee of EA for all these years as well as part owner. As such, I am entitled to recoup certain expenses.
