Question Which theme are you using?

I must admit that I like a lot of the new functions in the CP Toolbox. I think my most favorite are the theme templates. I can usually string some coherent sentences together, but I might as well be color-blind, given the choices I tend to make.

What's nice about the themes is that you can use someone else's pre-configured color scheme as well. I found a nice soothing set of blue headers that I liked, punched in the URL for the CP site et voila - the fuschia scheme that almost blinded Hypoetnuse is gone!

Have you found any tools you particularly like in the toolbox? What about headers? Are you doing anything special with yours? Any great copy hints?

(edited to correctly spell the science lady's name)

Your old music cannot sustain you through a life, not if you're someone who listens to music every day, at every opportunity. You need input, because pop music is about freshness, about Nelly Furtado and the maddeningly memorable fourth track on a first album by a band you saw on a late-night TV show. And no, that fourth track is not as good as anything on Pet Sounds or Blonde on Blonde or What's Going On, but when was the last time you played Pet Sounds? - Songbook by Nick Hornby

Dawg gonnit anyways!!

I did NOT say that your color blinded me! As a matter of fact, I don't think I even saw fuschia. What's fuschia?

Anyhow, I LIKED your color scheme!

So there!

Lynne - who will never, ever, ever compliment anyone on their partner site again. Never, never.

...but even my wife and other family members would surf vanilla Epinions rather than use my colors! So I didn't think you were serious.

Heck, now I don't even remember what color I used besides fuschia in one of the menu bars. I do know that one of the web guys at work wandered into my office one day and asked if one of my kids had done the colors on my site! I explained that they knew better. And, to my knowledge, they had also never worn one black and one brown wingtip...

Shake Oh dear.

I guess now is not the time to confess that I have been known to wear purple tank tops with army green cut-off shorts. Ok. So I haven't wonderful taste in colors.

But I DID think yours were pretty.

Lynne - who thinks comfort is more important than color
