gold danged online bank

I don't know if anyone out there is also an SFNB bank customer, but I am quite ready to rescind the glowing review I gave them a year ago. It turns out that they sold us (the customers) to a rival bank which from what I can tell offers a much worse deal than SFNB did. Ugh!

Anyway, complaining aside, anyone have suggestions for where to open up a new online banking account. I need a joint checking and joint credit card account that offers online bill paying and banking with preferrably no monthly fee.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I can't wait to try to sign up for a bank account while I live halfway around the world.

Don't you hate it when banks or mortgages get sold? It almost makes you wonder why you did any research on the bank's service at all? Indeed, how can banks even get away with selling their "loan service" when there's a better than even chance the loan will get sold?

I'm not sure what all they offer-I do know they have online service (sheesh I can't spell I give up)

If you open an account w/ them they give you gift certificates for free grocerys.
