The bad news is that I still won't have any income coming in.
The good news is that
I Get Another Month Off Work!!!
Yep, ladies and gentlemen, my poor knee is still swollen and sore enough for me to stay around the homestead.
I'll miss the money I make from work (they're on a 2/10/7 schedule right now -two shifts of 10 hour days, 7 days a week)
But I still get to sleep in until 8am every morning, and spend my days with Freeway (he's a 17yr old Poodle/terrier, dying of Liver Cancer -given a drop-dead date of Feb, 01... he must really like the doggy morphine because he's still around, waggin' his tail every morning when I give it to him)
So, I'll have to think of cheap ways to keep me entertained for another month.
