I don't know if it's by design or if my PC is all screwed up  but I see brown links that lead to different web sites all over the posts. For example, there is one that had the word auction in it, which was underlined and had a hyperlink to an auction site.
EA or Lynn's stupid PC?

I had that a few weeks ago, Lynn. It's ad/spyware. Run your protection program to get rid of them. |

I loaded up Spybot this a.m. and it seems to have helped immensely. Never had problems with popups, etc., before and it all happened at the same time. What a freaking mess!!!!!
All fixed now (I hope)

Spybot and Ad aware, get them both, the work well together and usually if on misses something, the other finds it...

Spy Sweeper is good, too. Somebody here recommended it. I've got both of the other ones, too - I just run one one day, another another day, and so on! I figure I'll catch just about anything that tries to sneak in! LOL

I'm still waiting for my turn for the XP update! I hope it comes soon. Don't want any more green underline thingies! Meanwhile, regular running of anti-spyware software is my defense.
