In the new (as 010830 08:30am my time) the selection Read all comments/write your own comment is the last (above the HOME/HELP/SIGNOUT bar) item on the page.
In its current location the comment feature appears to be somehow connected to the last review listed as part of the Not sure? Read other member reviews about .... section.
Can the comments featured be moved to be closer to the actual review? Perhaps just below the second option to EMAIL THIS PAGE and above the question Was this review helpful?.
I agree. When I first came to epinions i could never find it. I think if it was somewhere closer to the review the comments would go up by a lot. I don't think any newcomers will be able to find it.
I do think they are easier to find now than they were before. I know it took me a long time to actually find the comments on my reviews when i first joined.
There's no winning. Now when I go to comment, I scroll down to the bottom of the review, see that the comments aren't there, scroll back up and look right.
I suppose I'll get used to the new location, but it probably won't be until the day before the comments get moved again.

LOL, I do the same thing! The comments are my favorite part.
