Clap! After 18+ Months I finally did it

I bought something from a link on Epinions. Now, I must confess that it wasn't because of a review. I already knew I wanted the book, and I went specifically to Epinions with the intention of buying it.

Now, time for y'all to fess up here. Has ANYONE on this board, besides me , EVER made a purchase from a link on Epinions?

If yes, do you do it often?

Amy

Yes. I used to always buy anything amazon or babies r us through them. Now, my loyalties are somewhat divided between EP AND EA

As a general rule, the better it felt when you said it, the more trouble it's going to get you into.

Absolutely. I purchase a lot of cosmetics, skin care, and media stuff on the internet and I always try my very best to link from epinions - every penny counts .

Any book purchases I make online are through an Epinions link and I've also linked to eBay at times from Epinions. Now that we can do airfare, I'm going to attempt that too if I can get a good price.

Question

I bought a book I reviewed after getting it from the library at half.com via epinions.

Now I have a question. I am trying to send my daughter a cookie cake and can't find a website for it. Anyone know of one. 1800flowers.com only has cookies. tia

Well...

If they had a link where I could then proceed through the link to my local first-run theater...

Ummm...

Nope I sure haven't. Perhaps something like ummmm... Fandango.com might be a good partner for them to hook up with though.

Ohhhhhh. I take it back. I have been to a number of websites through Epinions links, mostly when I first got to the site (Web Services isn't fun now though). That is direct buying/purchasing Yeah I didn't technically buy anything there but I was checking out mostly the freebie sites and I DID get free stuff from those sites...
