Arcade Chatter?

I went to post about my inability to figure out how to do the second level of the ^*(&$% Hamster Game when I realized that Arcade Chatter is gone?

Re Arcade Chatter?

Second Level...

Go up with a backwards L elbow, attach two stacks of cat food cans, a right face upside down L, then run the length until you have to return with 2 elbows.

Wait til the hamster flies! And showers! And dances!!!

Use a down exit elbow, attach 3 vertical tubes, at the bottom attach a right exiting springboard elbow...he will fly across and enter into the tuba/cone shaped thing which you attach to either the wood shavings or loop de loop, attach an up exit elbow, a vertical tube, a left exit, the wood shavings or loop de loop, a down exit and right exit.

Re Arcade Chatter?

Did you figure it out? You use them like a vertical tube. If it moves when you touch it with the mouse, you can use it!

Re Arcade Chatter?

It took me awhile to figure out the sleeping nest box. I thought it was for the 'soft landing' after the jumps.

Re Arcade Chatter?

Oh! LOL. Well, that solves THAT problem. Off to try again. I don't know what it is, but I seem to have some mental block when it comes to figuring out anything but the first level.

Re Arcade Chatter?

I've never been any good at any of those pipe run type games. I just have a mental block about them, I guess.

Okay, so how do you play the mine car game? I click on the arrow that it says to click, but as soon as it takes the first fork, it gets about halfway across and dumps me out. Every time. Doesn't matter what I do.

It's just a horizonal run, isn't it? Like the shower stall?

Sorry, cannot help there, I have not played the mine car game. I'm still trying to get perfect Harry.

Though it's difficult (and I don't find the game all that enthralling to do it), you are also supposed to be keeping the meter on the page centered by using the A key when the meter's pointer is moving right of center and the D key when the pointer is moving left of center.

Clicking on the arrow is not enough.

Re Arcade Chatter?

I wasn't able to get the minecar to balance--it just moved too fast and I'd either overcompensate or not do it enough. I don't think I ever made it more than a few feet past the first turn.
