The Blind Debate

I was thinking about the feature Amy had set up awhile ago for people to challenge each other to a debate. I was also thinking about the no-name EA Moderator. If you put the two things together and swish them around maybe we could get the ability to have a debate between two people without those two people, or the debate watchers, knowing who the participants are.

It can be done. I wrote a mod that allows users to post anonymously in certain forums. (I never installed it here - but I have written it.) I could combine that with the challenges and such. BUT, it's going to need to wait at least until July or August. I am in the middle of a bunch of coding work to prepare to upgrade us without us losing stuff like the petz, the arcade and such. Plus, I'm still working on the quiz system.

Or the spelling errors that are somehow water related will give me away.. and if I'm posting on my handheld.. even worse..

I dunno... I have a feeling we could tell most people right away... unless they took the opposite side just to be fun.
