I sometimes get "forbidden access" screens if I open a lot of new posts at once. (click with shift key)

It happened a few times a couple days ago. I tend to open a lot of windows when I haven't been on top of the New Posts for a couple hours...

Just noticed something that's odd. The Search box up top/right has two "submit query" buttons next to it.
And really odd, when I looked up this thread on the Home page, and then hit "reply" from there, the box came up prefilled with this:
