What do televangelist spend their time doing /saying?

Thought this was interesting

figured the fund raising time would be more :-)

Very interesting studies. I was familiar with Winzenburg's earlier work.

The disconnect is in that it has some difficult comparisons. I feel it is inappropriate to compare televangelists to commercial television. One of the primary, understood purposes of commericial television is to make money the shows, networks, etc.

It is more fair to compare televangelists with other evangelists, churches and the like. I would like to see a study done (perhaps I'll have to do it myself) that compares how much time televangelists spend fundraising and politicking versus how much time the average pulpit-Joe does.
