I'd hate to admit how long this took me, but I finally got it (three sheets of paper folded into 5 columns and 6 rows later...)

The first two times I made the same mistake and then when I thought I had it, something negated it. So I started over I was almost right on, but faulty logic kept creeping in.

And now I am so excited that I want to share the answer!

Wink

I love logic problems. I always did well on the analytical section of the GRE. I'd forgotten how much I enjoy these kinds of problems. Hmm, maybe I need to go buy a puzzle book.

Mensa puts out a number of good puzzle books. However, they don't always explain the right answers, and a few have left me baffled.

I love these, also. When my dh gave me the url, I was feeding the baby and had my 20 month old in my lap also. I still figured it out quicker than him! (He was all put out over that......lol.)

That's a fun puzzle, but I'd say at 2% is a gross underestimation of the number of people who can solve this puzzle.

I bet you if you gave this puzzle to 100 people and said "which one had the fish" most people would think it was too hard and just pick one of the nationalities at random. The number of people who would actually take the time to figure it out is low. Maybe not 2 out of 100, but probably not more than 10. I bet at least 95% could figure it out if they put their mind to it.

Correction: 98% of the population can't be bothered solving the quiz.

Logic puzzles are so much fun!

I haven't done this one yet, but I will.

I used to drive my husband crazy because I subscribed to three different logic puzzle magazines. They were great to do on the plane when I was traveling a lot or after a daylong business meeting where logic was otherwise pretty scarce.
