Something weird is going on

I'm using IE and it has never reloaded the New Posts forum page for me after I read a thread. This morning it's doing it. When I check the main forums page to see who is online it shows the folks who were there at 6:47 PM last night. I reload and it shows the current people who are on line along with the current time. After I read another thread it reverts back to 6:47 PM last night.

Don't tell me it's Groundhog Day.
