I didn't actually see it, but heard from the local bad boys of morning radio this a.m. that when one of news stations went up there to investigate, they talked to
Sergeant Bohner (yes, it's pronounced like you think it is), a guy named
Dick (it was actually stiched on his jacket), and had a background picture of a billboard that asked
Are You An Organ Donor?
