The member center reviews were updated for Top Reviewers, Most Popular Authors , and Top Earning Reviews . Although it is pretty sad that the top earning reviews only made $0 in most categorys.

This, to me, feels like the endgame in the epinions business plan. Sure, if you write in Electronics, you can make money. Everywhere else? Forget it.
I was at 9th place on the finance list. My payout? I whopping 3 cents. Yeah, that's going to encourage me to write some reviews. I could write for free anywhere. |

| Maybe that's why they have pages of most popular authors in some categories (such as music) and in electronics they have only one. 
Cause, you know, even if your reviews made no money, you have to have something that sets you apart from the rest and keeps you writing. |

If it counts for anything, I can say without doubt that every writer in this thread (posted so far) has made a difference to me personally through their writing.

see, I shouldnt' be on the list at all. ages ago-gosh a year I thing now-there was a bug that inflated my non-member reads(didn't do jack for my IS regardless) so the numbers are just NOT correct- I emailed them, and they confirmed it was a bug but have done NOTHING to correct it-
this drives me a bit batty

Do you get extra money if you are a top reviewer/ have a top review. I am pretty new at epinions. Even though I don't get many reads, maybe I have a shot at this... Just kidding. How does epinions determine if your review is a top review or you are a top reviewer? |
