I think she ought to sue the H*ll out of the casino. It happened right there, right in front of them-you can't tell me they didn't catch part of it on video. I wonder if one of their workers wasn't part of the theft, which is why they are doing nothing.

There is surveillance everywhere in casinos.

Perhaps the family can sue for wrongful death - people aren't supposed to win, after all.

my mom had her little purse stolen out of a bucket in a casino in St Louis when she bent down to pick up a token $1 off of the floor.

Her hand slipped off the purse & the bucket for a moment and someone stole it from right under her nose.

Casino didn't care, didn't want to care, and blew her off...she'd just won about $700 or something and they didn't even offer to assist in any way shape or form, even to call the police.

Then, about 6 months later they were moving machines & found her purse w/license inside, cash gone of course, but they called her to let her know!

This casino that is in the report is kind of nice. They offered to replace the $5,000 check for the lady.

No big deal-the check wasn't cashed, it will cost them a few pennies to issue a new check-now I'm betting if the check had been cashed they wouldn't have offered to replace a thing.
