Let me ask you this. Put a regular kid from the United States in that spot. Kid goes off to rehab, outside party turns over a "dossier" to the police that alleges he smoked pot and drank underage.
Do you honestly think the police would charge the regular kid with anything?
Not only would they not charge him, no one would hand over a dossier in the first place. And there would be no international headlines. And no discussion in on EA. This stuff goes on
all the time. People go to rehab all the time, and there's no police involvement.
What makes you think Harry got some kind of
special favor (you know, besides all the free publicity for his family who certainly needs it)?
