Over the course of the SEC investigation Microsoft refused to acknowledge that there was a probe, saying it was not a public matter.

{{{{{scratching my head}}}}} If they were selling naked puts at the same time that they were cooking the books, weren’t there probably investors who got burned because of that manipulation?
