There's a meeting tomorrow. It's for a group that meets monthly.

The date was announced at the last meeting of this group.

The date and location were distributed in an email three weeks ago, along with the minutes of the last meeting, to all group participants.

The date and location were distributed in our organization's weekly update for the past two weeks, a document which is faxed and emailed to each agency.

The date and location were entered in our organization's Members Calendar on our organization's website (open to all the agencies) at least two weeks ago.

So ask me how many phone calls and emails I've gotten today asking if there's a meeting tomorrow and, if so, where it is.

(Note that this is NOT a dumb person, one of my favorites, in fact. I'm chalking it up to Labor Day hangover )

Then I have Chatty Cathy next door who has been crunching her cereal and talking about her boyfriend's birthday on the phone all morning. That's when she's not in my cube asking if I've "ever had your eye just start twitching for no reason".

And then there's the admin who thinks she should be a VP who, at the top of her voice, calls every person she can at 8:01 asking why they haven't sent her updates on their project plans.

I have a client call this afternoon that won't go well. The only reason I'm cruising EA is because I'm waiting for a document to load.
