| | I hate doing it, but I hate being ignored as a customer even more, especially when I am owed $100.00.
I just had to write a complaint to the online BBB to see if they can get any action from the company as they are ignoring little ole me (joe consumer) and I am tired of it.
Don't you ever get tired of fighting for things?
The places return policy states it will be refunded no problem if we do this, that and the other, which we did and the company was super prompt responding to inquiries about what to do if we did not like part of our order. We jumped through their hoops, now they will not respond to any emails at all.
The return question was answered w/in about 10 - 12 hours max. I have sent an email 9/15, 9/18 & 9/20 with absoultely NOTHING back.
I am sick of these people taking advantage.
Go BBB go. Get my money back for me please.

| | Yeah, I have heard Joan rocks!
Well, I got a call today from the company advising they apologized for the delay in responding (you think?) and that they have processed through a credit.
The BONEHEADS screwed that up. I had 3 pieces sent to me, kept 1 & returned 2, and only want credit for the 2 itmes.
Now, I have to fight with them to correct their correction. Hopefully, they will have a better response time when I contact them this time!

| | Hey, I'd pay, but free is even better.
Dan is still very pleased with the speed and efficiency of Joan's operation. I think I need to send him another link so he can thank her personally, though.
