Reasons I love my job: My boss has, on several occasions, told me not to stay late. She doesn't care about the OT, she doesn't want me working long hours. Which she knows I'll do. Sometimes I listen to her, sometimes I don't. But at least when I'm over the clock it's because I made the decision.
(Now, the part about me having to overwork due to certain... inadequacies in the quantity & quality of work from certain OTHER people that SHE hired, well, we're working on that one.
