| | of the restaurant biz that is. Seems my cook wants the place and has the money, so stick a fork in me. He's going to lease it for six months and then hopefully a complete buy out.
Looks like my next business venture will be a margarita machine rental thang. I already own one and a two tower beer tap, so I might as well use them. |

| | If you're happy....then CONGRATULATIONS! The guy knows a good thing when he sees it. Although I love the margarita idea but I'll bet you'll soon have another. |

| | I don't know if I mentioned it before, but I caught the lady I had running it stealing from me a few months ago and kicked her out. When I did that it made me spend more time in it than I wanted. I was in the process of putting it on the market and he jumped in.
I'm not going into the booze end of it as there's a lot of liability involved. I'm just going to rent the machines and sell the mixes. |

Will you still be doing any catering? | Oh yes. I have several signed up into November. Catering is something Tracy and both enjoy, so we'll keep doing it. It's going to be a little harder not having a large commercial kitchen, though. |

| | Good luck to you in your new business venture. I know that the restaurant business must have been pretty time-intensive, and hopefully your new venture will allow you a little more time to play. | | |
