Hmm... I've been trying to use it all afternoon on my toolbar and it's not working. Get an error message. Then I found the article on cnn, so figured aha!

I just went out to try it and was okay. But earlier, like right after lunch, I was getting an error page.

Curtis' theory is not a tinfoil hat theory in my book. Seems very likely to me.
Meanwhile, I read this thread and decided to update Norton again - wasn't sure if my work computer was set to auto-update or not. Got an email. Opened the email. Thought it looked fishy, but with this being a new place of work that outsources its tech support, I thought it could be true. Forwarded it to my boss to check for me, did not open attachment. The updated antivirus snagged it on its way out and sure enough, "mydoom" was there.
