| | One computer running Windows XP with two accounts on it, MJ and Hubby. Hubby only recently started using the computer. His account had already been set up but he never used it. I dragged his word documents over to his account last night, surfed the 'net this morning, all was well.
Hubby surfed the 'net today.
Now I can get to the Internet through his account, but not mine. The dial-up connection connects both ways, but I get "page not found" or "page cannot be displayed" on IE under my account, while all is fine and dandy under his. I've checked his internet settings and compared them to mine - no differenced. I deleted my cookies and temp files, I reset all my IE settings to "default," I changed from proxy server to "automatic," and still his works, mine doesn't.
What did he break and how can I fix it?!

| | I gave up and just used "system restore" until it worked (yesterday afternoon's checkpoint). Now... how do I get the Pop-Up Stopper to work on Hubby's Internet Explorer without downloading the program a second time?

| | I have Verizon, DSL. and now for about a month I cannot connect directly using IE. After 2 tries, I connect to google, and then go to the Verizon homepage.
Hubby has the same problem. We aren't sure. We connect using IE, but are running XP.

You might try putting the executable file into his startup folder and it should load each time you start your pc. | | |
