Stupid, Stupid, Question

I want to order from Office Max but haven't done so since I changed computers in July (this also happened to me at Estee Lauder website and a few others) and it won't let me order because of my cookies. I've been all over (the places I know) to find the cookie cache to add these (although it makes me very testy that I even have to) but can't find where or how to do it. I know it is probably so easy that I'll be laughed out of this forum but I GIVE UP and admit that ignorance is not always bliss.

Help!
