I should never even be allowed in this forum because I have such severe delays in my tech developement. Early intervention might have helped.

Anyway, I just got a cell phone for a trip I'm taking. And of course the horsemen are wildly enthusiastic- anything with buttons that beeps. They read all of the info sheets and found the one about dowloading different ringtones online. Since the ones which come with the phone are obnoxious, they all want the one we heard in the UK when we were on holiday. There was a guy sitting accross from us on the tube, and his cell phone had this really familiar ring, which caused me to look over quickly. he saw me, and so answered his phone,"Bauer here". I nearly collapsed. Jack Bauer is not supposed to have a posh British accent. Funny as heck, though.

so anyway, the Horsemen want to dowload the CTU ring. How do I do that, and then get it into my phone? Bear in mind that my friend Gary had to explain to me that no, the prepaid minutes card I bought was not ever going to fit inside the phone...

You need to know what kind of phone, what service provider, and they charge you for these things like ringtones. Unless you are like me and hack your phone and create your own ringtones. Which is why G's phone plays "Iron Man" when I call him instead of the crappy ringtones Cingular has available.
