Outlook Express and the really, huge, unzipped file!

Ok, I thought I zipped it up, but did not. I have 81 MB email trying to send through my outlook express, but for obvious reasons, it won't go anywhere.

I cannot delete it, and my ISP claims it's in process, but it will no go.

Is there any way to delete this at all?

Any tips?

Thanks!
