How do I use Outlook to email merge from a .csv file?

I've never tried doing a mail merge before. I've been doing a search on Google and haven't come up with clear directions to do this. So, I am hoping someone here can help.

What I have is a large list of people who will be attending a trade show next month. I want to send out an e-mail blast to them without having to input the addresses manually. The data will be in a .csv file format. It will have name, job title, address, phone number, fax # and e-mail address.

At the very least, I'd like to have the email address import into Outlook. But, it might be nice to have the name of the person appear in the email as well.

How do I do this?

Thanks.

File/Import

Depending on your version of outlook, import CSV will be an option on the first screen or you'll have to choose 'import file' and choose CSV (DOS or Windows) from the list in the next window.
