Trojan horse warning for MP3 d'loads from P2P networks

Interesting:

Slashdot | Worm Transcodes MP3s To Infect PCs

I don't understand half of what the thing says other than "P2P", "trojan horse" and "Windows". And I don't happen to download stuff this way, anyway. But I thought I'd pass it along.
