Since you can't sue Mother Earth, victims of the tsunami are suing the NOAA, the Thai government and Accor, the French owned hotel where the victims stayed.
Someone needs to tell these victims that the reason it's called the Pacific
tsunami early warning system run by NOAA is that it detects tsunamis in the Pacific.
I guess they do want the U. S. government to be the protector of the entire earth after all.
