Cows Are The No. 1 Polluters In The San Joaquin Valley

Cows cause more air pollution in the San Joaquin Valley (that's the big valley that runs from Bakersfield to Sacramento) than cars, trucks or pesticides.

These noxious organic compounds are produced in the bovine digestive process.

The Air Quality management people are looking into regulating the cow's diet to reduce flatulence.

We should all run out and buy stock in Beano.

I can't access your link, but PUHLEASE! We're going to legislate what cows can eat because they're farting too much? Why don't we make farmers and ranchers and pet owners in general feed their animals properly because its the right thing to do? Why do we feed them un-natural diets and steroids and crap.
