Obscure reference to Boston Legal, not understood.

But they surely are strict in New Zealand.

There was a recent story arc about Denny firing one of the firm's attorneys because she was too fat.

But seriously Kathy, you're always going on and on about illegal immigration. New Zealand may well be strict in some oddball ways about their immigration policies, but are you implying that the law's the law in Case A but not in Case B?

Yes, but HE has a specialized skill.

Check that place off "places that don't think I'm too fat."

Actually, no. I was pointing out that our legal immigration policy isn't nearly as draconian as this. I don't think we have anyone stand on the scales before we legally permit them to immigrate. Of course, the reason N. Z. is doing it is because of their nationalized health care. I wonder if they refuse to permit smokers and drinkers to move to NZ as well.

Those not admitted to the U.S. might well disagree with that. We sometimes don't even tell people why they can't come to America. Nothing draconian about our system.
