I could have sworn I'd posted this before, but can't find it. All I can say is Yummy, Yummy, Yummy.....and no one will guess that it's a Weight Watcher's recipe!
1 small package sugar free vanilla cook and serve pudding mix (NOT instant!)
1 small package sugar free strawberry jello
3-4 cups sliced strawberries
Reduced fat graham cracker crust
1 1/2 cups water
Combine water, jello and pudding in a saucepan. Heat until boiling - it will thicken and get translucent.
Place strawberries in crust and pour sauce over the top. Make sure all visible strawberries are coated. Refrigerate to set the sauce - slice and serve with whipped cream if desired!
For all you WW fans, the pie alone (not counting whipped topping) is a measly 3 points for 1/6 of the pie...and that's a HUGE portion!
