I made this for our party on Saturday. It was very light and refreshing in the hot summer heat.
Rice Salad
red peppers
green onions
carrots
rice
Italian Salad Dressing
Steamed Shrimp--half pound or so. Depends on how much you are making.
Chop veggies. Cook as much rice as you need. I used Minute Rice
Let cool. Mix with veggies. Pour Salad dressing on, mix together. Very good. Keeps in fridge. No clumping. Very good for several days later!!!
