This is what all the well dressed gardners are wearing upon their feet.

... Well, maybe not 'well dressed', but it is what I'm wearing

Makes me look a bit like a clown but they are comfortable.

I almost bought a pair a while back, but I'm not gardening much. I think they're great!

I keep saying I'm going to get some, but then I always end up using some cruddy old pair of shoes from last year that isn't wearable in public anymore.

Ktherine, I love those! I finally gave up on wearing old sneakers- I have such heavy clay soil that I can never get them clean enough to bring inside the house again. instead, I just ordered a pair of gardening clogs from Lee VAlley Tools:




I can't wait to try these! Only, I'm afraid I don't have any striped socks.
