| | Re Favorite Veggie Recipes? | | 1. Wash vegetables. (It doesn't matter what vegetables you use.)
2. Saute garlic in butter.
3. Add vegetables. Cook.
4. Serve.
Well, that's what most of my veggie recipes work out to be. Sometimes there's some lemon juice added at the very end.
The best is Cindy's Imam Bialy (sp?) but it's labor-intensive, and not everyone likes eggplant.

| | Re Favorite Veggie Recipes? | | Amy, do you eat that on naan? I've had mushroom mutter on naan, but I'm having trouble picturing potato on naan. It does sound good though.
MJ, my favorite dish is similar. I throw some asparagus into a caserole dish and pour a bit of olive oil over it and some crushed garlic, then toss it around a bit, and throw it in the oven. So easy to make and everyone likes it. |

| | Re Favorite Veggie Recipes? | | I haven't tried making naan yet. When I make it at home, I usually serve it with chicken, another veggie and some good crusty bread.

| | Re Favorite Veggie Recipes? | | I cheat and buy the naan at Stop and Shop. I like to heat it up in a pan with a little butter. Yum!!! |

| | Re Favorite Veggie Recipes? | | I bought everything for the Aloo Mutter (Aloo Mutter, Aloo Fadder, I been smokin' marijuana...) except the garam masala. Where the heck was I supposed to find that? I looked in the spice aisle. I looked in the international aisles. I saw some Indian products in between the British section and the Japanese section, and more in the Thai section. I checked the gourmet and organic section too. I just could not find it. |

| | Re Favorite Veggie Recipes? | | One of the dishes I do for events is to buy a California blend of the frozen stuff. Steam it over lemon water and spay it all with a good portion of butter. Finish off with with Lawry's seasoned salt. Very simple and tastes really good. For home use we use the fake spray butter and this recipe the only way I will eat califlower. |
