spaghetti and cottage cheese | Please tell me not mixed together.
We had meatloaf and broccoli and potatoes and a green salad.

| | Re Granpa, what's for supper? | | We had meatloaf too!
Don't know what else, because I grabbed me a slice and ran out the door to a meeting. Left the big kids to fend for themselves. Pretty sure they didn't have anything green unless they got into my Jelly Bellies, though.

| | Re Granpa, what's for supper? | | I was freezing all day. So was Missy. I made homemade chicken soup, with a real chicken.

| | Re Granpa, what's for supper? | | Yesterday we put the grill together, and then used it. It was great eating cheese burgers at 11 pm...
Tonight is chicken kebabs. And chocolate chip cookies for dessert, some time after I make them... |

| | Re Granpa, what's for supper? | | Smoked sausages tonight, again from local beef, in spaghetti sauce. With rice. The sausage was SO good - perfect texture and great flavor. I just wish I could eat more at one time without getting an upset stomach.

spaghetti and cottage cheese | That's disgusting. Together or separate. (I really, really hate cottage cheese. I thought that I might like it as an adult...lots of taste likes/dislikes change as you gorw, but recently I tasted it again and nearly gagged.)
Okay. Done dissing on Wormie's cooking.
Let's see. Saturday, made homemeade chix parmesean. Sunday, leftover chix parm. Double Monday, I did a sort of stir fry of onions, mushrooms and some kind of beef in a lime/chipolte BBQ sauce, served with rice. OMG, so good, so spicey. Made enough to feed an army so I am enjoying at lunch for a couple of days. Tonite, just some smoked sausage, corn and tater tot thingees. Easy Peasy.
Of course, which dinner do the boys like best? The sausage, corn and tater tots.

| | Re Granpa, what's for supper? | | Are you sure you're getting GOOD cottage cheese? Some of it is definitely gag-worthy. Breakstone's is good cottage cheese.
