Is the review in your draft folder? Can you go back and post?
Sometimes there seems to be some unnoticed characters that keep a review from posting, a few weeks ago some members reported problems posting reviews that had been originally drafted in Word. I thought that bug had been fixed, but if you drafted your review in Word or some other word processor, try copying it over into Windows notepad, and then copy to the epinions form.
I'd submit a bug report also.
