Dangit: Eps Frustration

I have a review that is giving me problems. First I wrote it and somehow didn't copy the whole thing from Google Docs into the window. No prob, went to Update - no big deal, right?

Well, it wouldn't let me update, and I couldn't get a reply from the Eps team. Mind you, the item I am reviewing is in the totally WRONG category anyway and took me ages to find for the review, but I digress.

When it wouldn't let me update and I got no reply, I decided to delete it altogether, which it let me do.

I then reposted it with the missing text and waited to see what people thought.

Not only has it not been rated yet two days later, it doesn't even show as a review, and I STILL can't update it or work on it at all.

Frustrated. It's glitches like these, coupled with the excruciatingly slow SAP in many categories and a lack of response time from support that make me not write for Eps much anymore.

Oh, posted the rant without the question, sorry. How do I get someone's attention to get this review's Update ability fixed, and perhaps moved to the correct category?

When I clicked the link, it said the review was only available for registered viewers and I had to log in. I did, and was able to get the review then. No idea how to get help from EP -- the last time I had a problem there, I wasn't able to get anything more than an autoresponse either. Maybe post on their internal message board????

the update thing is weird, and I'm not sure what kept the repost from Just In, but then again, I haven't looked at Just In since they started messing with the site.

Emma, reviews won't show up to the general populace until they are rated. That way any abuse, etc. won't come up for the casual browser. In some categories, it also won't show that anyone reviewed it until enough members rate it. Online, of course, does its own thing.
