I am going to the airport today to troll for more boys. I have a feeling there might be one available at about noon.

Re domestic vs. imports

Nope, not a nephew. I wish.

Think of what five is- I need a new name since The Four Horsemen plus 1 doesn't sound right.

Re domestic vs. imports

Oh, George and Joan didn't need one of their boys, so we're borrowing him for a week. They may want him back, but until they do, he's ours.

#1 keeps pointing out that the frinking age in Ontario is 19. Somehow, I don't think they are going to do as much kayaking as I'd thought.

Um...well, if they read this forum, they'll know.

As for drinking, #1 is a really heavy drinker. He has one beer. And then walks home from the clubs.

I've seen #1 drink, and I know he's responsible, but I can't believe you would let them frink!

Is that like filking? Because if it is, a) #1 won't do it and b) Hy might get started.

Re domestic vs. imports

The border has been just awful this week - things are on the highest alert level, and every car is being searched. So, in order to pick up CJ on time, I need to leave now. He'll be in the air for 1 1/2 hours, it'll take me just as long to drive fifteen miles.

Anyway, back in a few hours. Let the hilarity begin!

I think he'll be able to get into Canada even if he does threaten frinking. He might not make it back though!

The flight was canceled. Due to "air traffic control and other concerns".

So, stay tuned for tomorrow.

Re domestic vs. imports

Yeah, they canceled the flight. The frinking child who didn't bother to tell me he was going to another country ("Mom, you tell him those things") called me from the Guitar Center because that, after all, is where you go with luggage when your flight to another country is canceled.

Your old music cannot sustain you through a life, not if you're someone who listens to music every day, at every opportunity. You need input, because pop music is about freshness, about Nelly Furtado and the maddeningly memorable fourth track on a first album by a band you saw on a late-night TV show. And no, that fourth track is not as good as anything on Pet Sounds or Blonde on Blonde or What's Going On, but when was the last time you played Pet Sounds? - Songbook by Nick Hornby
