Winn Dixie has car carryout service if you request it, and at least half the time they actually ask you if you would like them to take it out for you. (Especially a mom with kids, or an elderly person.) All of the stores bag your groceries for you, although DH prefers to bag them himself if he's there.
I think all the other stores (which is now only Publix and Bruno's, besides WD) will probably carry your groceries if you ask them, it's just that they never ask you if you'd like that.

They do have something called "Helping Hands" who will put your groceries in your car by either following you out, or you driving up and picking them up at the door once you've shopped. Of course, my dad called them "Helping Hamburgers" once and it stuck in my head, and I've asked for a "Helping Hamburger" more than once.
