Let me find the thread on helpers. And you shouldn't see the ticket user link. DON'T click it. I'll go make sure I fix that little glitch.

I should add that I see it most of the time in the Symposium, if that helps. |

OK. The ticket link is only supposed to show to mods and admins in the Symposium. It is part of the system that we mentioned when we created the forum - users who violate the contract can receive a ticket and lose posting priv. after 3 tickets. We've never had to use it.
